PNP is preferred as a Provincial Nominee Program that helps you with Canadian Immigration where Provinces pick up a candidate profile who have skills that increase the economy of Provinces. 2 paths have been defined in PNP [1] through Express Entry [2] through PNP Certificate.
First, you must check which path you selected. Are you applying as a provincial nominee through the non-Express Entry process or through Express Entry Process?
You can apply for PNP Canada through the following process: ● Submit an EE Profile (assure you selected Yes for Nomination) ● If EE requirements are fulfilled, you will be selected in Express Entry Pool. ● If you are nominated by any province, you will get an electronic nomination. ● Contact the province and share your EE Profile number & Job Seeker Validation Code. ● The province will then confirm your nomination with IRCC ● You will get a confirmation code via email from the province. ● Provinces can search the pool of Express Entry profiles ● You will get a message of ITA in your account. ● Now you have to fill out your application
You can apply for PNP Canada through the following process: ● Apply for the website as per your choice on a particular province website (www.provincename.com), every province has distinct provinces. ● If you meet their requirements, you will get selected and informed through email. ● Apply for PR on the IRCC website.
Canada has ten provinces and three territories.
You should apply to PNP Canada through Non-Express Entry after checking your profile for each Province. For every Province, there are different guidelines. British Columbia PNP there is BC PNP Tech, Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot, Entrepreneur Immigration, etc. Ontario , there is a Foreign Worker stream, International Student stream, In-Demand Skills stream, Human Capital Priorities stream, etc.
To get a PNP nomination your profile should match the province’s requirements where you are applying. If you are applying through EE stream, you have to share your EE profile number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
It depends on the province you are selecting. For Alberta French should be your First Language. For New Brunswick First official language (French or English) If you are applying through the EE stream: (Canadian Experience Class) meet the minimum language level of ● Canadian Language Benchmark 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs or ● Canadian Language Benchmark 5 for NOC B jobs If you are applying through the EE stream: (Federal Skilled Worker) get a minimum score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in all 4 abilities.
